The Chefz to be Acquired by Jahez

King & Spalding and the Law Office of Mohammed Al-Ammar in Riyadh advised The Chefz SPV Ltd on its sale to Jahez International Company for Information System Technology in a cash and share transaction valued at 650,000,000 Saudi Riyals (SAR) ($172.9 million). The Chefz provides users with a curated selection of fine dining, baked goods, confectionary and gifts from specialized merchants. Jahez is an information systems company that operates a group of leading applications to facilitate logistic and connect users with restaurants, merchants, and cloud kitchens.
