UK Tax Changes
In addition to changes recently introduced, UK is introducing tax changes which will result in all non-UK residents holding UK real estate being liable to UK tax whether they hold the real estate directly or indirectly. Our tax partner from London Daniel Friel will speak about these UK tax changes and their impact on non-UK residents such as German fund management companies holding UK real estate. The seminar will be held in English only.
