Robert Benson to Speak at iGlobal Forum’s 16th Independent Sponsors Summit and Awards

Atlanta Corporate, Finance and Investments partner Robert Benson will be a featured speaker at iGlobal Forum’s 16th Independent Sponsors Summit & Awards on Feb. 7 on a panel entitled “Co-Investing: Structuring Your Partnerships to Unlock Full Value.”  The panel members will discuss equity co-investment opportunities, the negotiation and documentation of partnership agreements between independent sponsors and capital providers and will provide recommendations to independent sponsors and capital providers to aid them in creating effective partnerships to maximize value.  iGlobal Forum’s 16th Independent Sponsors Summit & Awards is an in-person networking forum for senior-level executives in the independent sponsor and capital provider community.
