Pareteum Bankruptcy Sale wins Global M&A Networks' M&A Distressed Deal of the Year (Middle Market) at 14th Annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards

King & Spalding LLP received Global M&A Networks’ Americas Distressed M&A Deal of the Year in the Middle Market category at the 14^th Annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards, during the gala celebration held on January 19, 2023 at New York’s Metropolitan Club.

King & Spalding LLP served as Pareteum Corporation’s special corporate and finance counsel, Togut, Segal & Segal LLP served as restructuring counsel, and FTI Capital Advisors served as investment banker to the debtors in its Chapter 11 cases filed in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.  King & Spalding and the Togut Firm assisted the debtors in obtaining approval in June 2022 of the sale to Circles MVNE and Channel Venture Group.  The sale closed on July 11, 2022.
