Nicholas Howell to serve as Presiding Chair of Tri-State Environmental Law Conference

Nicholas Howell served as Presiding Chair of the 2024 Tri-State Environmental Law Conference, hosted by the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, in Savannah, Georgia on June 13-15.  More information can be found here. 

Nicholas Howell moderated a panel on recent developments in ESG-related litigation and regulation and new risk management approaches to ESG requirements.  The panelists were Samina Bharmal, Senior Sustainability Counsel and Board Members of HP Development Company, Jonathan Nwagbaraocha, Senior Counsel for Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability at Xerox Corporation, and Stacey Turner, Associate General Counsel, Southern Company Services, Inc.  More information can be found here.
