Multi-billion dollar dispute over South American refinery

We are currently representing the owner of a Colombian refinery (confidential client) in an arbitration involving multi-billion dollar construction claims.  The dispute is before the International Chamber of Commerce and involves one of the largest construction projects in South America. The claims at issue include deficient engineering, procurement, and construction, as well as an approximate three-year delay to the start-up of the refinery.
