backATLANTA, April 13, 2023 — The American Health Law Association has named King & Spalding partner Mike Paulhus to its Board of Directors. Paulhus is chair of the Fundamentals of Health Law program planning committee, was a faculty member of the Academic Medical Centers and Teaching Hospitals Institute in 2023, and has been a frequent speaker and author for many AHLA resources and programs.
Paulhus is a government investigations and litigation partner, focusing his practice on defending healthcare and life sciences clients in civil and criminal government investigations and advising on crisis management. He also regularly represents clients in high-stakes False Claims Act and commercial litigation and counsels clients in proactive compliance assessments and the submission of self-disclosures.
