Michael Handler, a Partner in the Finance & Restructuring group will be a featured speaker at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s New York City Bankruptcy Conference on May 9, 2024. Michael will participate in a panel discussion on recent trends in private credit restructuring. The American Bankruptcy Institute New York City Bankruptcy Conference is a premier event for the NY bankruptcy bar. It gets an attendance of over 1,000 people.
