Marisa Sotomayor, Sheel Patel and George Komnenos to Speak at the American Bar Association’s Business Law Spring Meeting 2024

Finance & Restructuring partners Marisa Sotomayor (New York) and Sheel Patel (New York) and senior associate George Komnenos (New York) will be featured speakers at the Business Law Spring Meeting, a leading international conference of business lawyers, hosted by the American Bar Association on April 4 – 6 in Orlando, FL. Marisa, Sheel, and George will participate in a panel discussion titled “Basics of Collateral and Security Interests in Secured Lending: Consider the ‘What’, ‘Why’, ‘How’, and ‘Who’”.
