Marisa Sotomayor and George Komnenos to Speak at ABA Webinar

Finance & Restructuring partner Marisa Sotomayor (New York) and senior associate George Komnenos (New York) will be featured presenters of a webinar, as part of Business Law Basics, a CLE and online learning series for American Bar Association members, on May 16, 2024.  Marisa and George will discuss an overview of collateral and security interests, including with respect to Article 9 of the UCC, in secured lending transactions.
