Margaritaville Partners with Rockpoint

King & Spalding advised Margaritaville Enterprises LLC in its partnership with private equity real estate firm Rockpoint, through an equity investment by affiliates of Rockpoint in the company, as part of a recapitalization of certain minority investors.
