ATLANTA, March 31, 2022 — King & Spalding Trial and Global Disputes partner Letitia “Tish” McDonald has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). She becomes the 15th lawyer at the firm to receive this designation.
McDonald focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on fiduciary litigation, trust and estate litigation, litigation involving non-profits, real estate litigation, and litigation involving governmental entities. She represents trustees, executors, beneficiaries, developers, financial institutions, foundations and other non-profit entities, and others in a variety of proceedings.
