Feb. 16, 2023 — King & Spalding’s Diversity Committee honored eight attorneys to further highlight the importance of serving as a mentor, particularly mentoring diverse and women attorneys. The specific goal of the awards program is to recognize the firm’s existing “gold standard” mentors, and to encourage other partners to emulate them. The King & Spalding attorneys honored are:

- Lachlan Clancy (Tokyo)- Corporate, Finance and Investments partner
- Arwen Johnson (Los Angeles)- Commercial Litigation partner
- Jennifer Morgan (New York)- Real Estate Private Equity partner
- Mark Polston (Washington D.C.)- Healthcare partner
- Randall Robinson (Atlanta)- Private Funds partner
- Angela Tarasi (Denver)- Trial Litigation partner
- Alexandra Weis (Frankfurt)- Corporate, Finance and Investments partner
Since 2011, King & Spalding has formally recognized exceptional mentors in the firm through the annual Mentor Awards Program. This year the firm received 179 nominations for 122 different nominees, representing 20 of the firm's offices.
