backLaw360 has once again named King & Spalding an Illinois Regional Powerhouse. This is the second consecutive year the firm has been selected.
Law360 selects its Regional Powerhouse for “[reflecting] the local peculiarities of their states while often representing clients in deals and cases that captured national attention.”
Law360’s coverage highlights the firm’s recent successes and notes its strength in advising companies on white-collar and government investigations, large consumer and product liability class actions, big business disputes, leveraged finance, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory work in Illinois.
The firm’s Chicago office has grown to 50 lawyers since it opened in 2017. Law360 noted the firm’s focus on “steady but undeniable growth” as it has seen more Chicago-generated legal matters year over year.
