PARIS, September 18, 2014 — King & Spalding advised Grosvenor Group on its sale of a portfolio of city-center retail properties in France including a French OPCI (Collective Investment in Real Estate) fund to Dutch real estate fund manager Syntrus Achmea for 120 million euros.
The 16 shopping center properties in Paris, Bordeaux and Toulouse are currently leased to such prestigious international brands as Zara, H&M, Etam, Gap, Massimo Dutti and Petit Bateau.
