King & Spalding represented Baring Asset Management Limited, a leading global investment management firm, in connection with the financing commitment package supporting the recommended cash offer for Blancco Technology Group plc, a public company listed on the AIM sub-market of the London Stock Exchange, by Francisco Partners.
