PARIS, September 5, 2022 — King & Spalding has hired employment lawyer Alice Mony Decroix as a partner in the Corporate, Finance and Investments (CFI) Practice Group in Paris.
Mony has deep experience with the full life-cycle of French and European workforce strategic, compliance and transactional issues, including staff restructuring and employee collective negotiations. She joins the firm’s Global Human Capital and Compliance (GHCC) team, which helps multinational corporate clients develop and implement centralized and consistent global solutions to their workforce compliance, risk, growth and management challenges.
“Clients are increasingly adopting a global approach to employment and compliance matters and they expect holistic legal strategies and solutions. Our Global Human Capital and Compliance team does exactly that, and we are excited to have Alice add to our capabilities in this area,” said Todd Holleman, head of the firm’s CFI Practice Group.
“Alice has fantastic experience advising on sophisticated employment law matters for a wide selection of leading French entities, so she offers a new edge to our Paris office,” added Vanessa Benichou, Office Managing Partner in Paris.
Mony was most recently part of the employment law team at Bredin Prat in Paris. She has been recognized as a Best Lawyer in France for Labour and Employment Law. She received her undergraduate degree and her master’s degree in employment law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and her LL.M. from Cologne University.
“King & Spalding’s GHCC team offers a genuinely global platform that provides integrated employment-related advice throughout the world,” Mony added. “Europe is a key region for multinational companies. I am excited to join the team.”
Mony is the second partner to join King & Spalding’s CFI practice in the past week following banking and finance partner Fernand Arsanios (see release here).
