King & Spalding partner Julia E. Schmidt has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA). The newly elected Fellows will be formally inducted into membership at ACMA’s 50th Anniversary Annual Meeting on September 19-21, 2024.
Based in Washington, D.C., Julia’s practice is focused on owner-side real estate transactions, including borrower-side real estate finance, representing property owners/developers that are acquiring, developing and financing all classes of real estate projects, including multifamily buildings, mixed-income or 100% affordable projects, office space, medical office buildings, industrial facilities, data centers and other commercial spaces.
