James Castello to Speak at the 12th Edition of Le Café des Arbitres (“The Arbitrators’ Café”)

Paris International Arbitration Partner James Castello will speak at the 12^th edition of Le Café des Arbitres (“The Arbitrators’ Café”), a roundtable discussion in English among arbitration practitioners that will take place on the Paris campus of Queen Mary University School of International Arbitration on the evening of June 19, 2023.  The theme of this year’s event is “Arbitration in Wartime,” and participants will address the viability of claims growing out of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the impact of sanctions, ethical dilemmas for counsel and unrepresented parties, and related issues.
