J. Philip Ludvigson to Speak at Practising Law Institute Program

Washington, D.C. International Trade partner J. Philip Ludvigson will speak at the Practising Law Institute Program titled “Investing, Trading, and Doing Deals in a Dynamic World 2023: Navigating Persistent Risk” on Feb. 16 in New York.  J. Philip will participate in a panel discussion on post-breach strategies to identify, extinguish, and prevent further risk.  It will also explain how risk issues manifest themselves, how organizations and companies engage stakeholders in addressing manifested issues, and how to best engage with the Government once an issue is identified.  More information can be found here.
