J. Philip Ludvigson to Speak at Practising Law Institute

Washington, D.C., International Trade partner J. Philip Ludvigson will be a featured panelist at the Practising Law Institute Program titled “Investing, Trading, and Doing Deals in a Dynamic World 2024: Sticks and Carrots; Risks and Opportunities” on Feb. 8 in New York.  This panel will discuss the context, expectations, and strategies for success in the context of Government-imposed (or strongly encouraged) risk mitigation.  It will also consider how third party and mandatory mitigation situations arise, their lifecycle, and how organizations, investors, and advisors engage with Government and other stakeholders to navigate identified issues and requirements.
