- Key differences between ITC/District Court Actions and AIA Proceedings;
- Current Status of Stays of U.S. District Court Actions and ITC Section 337 Proceedings in view of Parallel AIA Proceedings;
- Current Status of Stays of District Court Actions Pending Related ITC Proceedings;
- Limitations on Instituting AIA Proceedings Based on Other Proceedings or Actions;
- Estoppel Effects of AIA Proceedings on ITC/District Court Actions;
- Effects of ITC Decisions on District Court Proceedings; and
- Management of Discovery Obtained in One or More Actions.
