• Key differences between ITC/District Court Actions and AIA Proceedings;
• Current Status of Stays of U.S. District Court Actions and ITC Section 337 Proceedings in view of Parallel AIA Proceedings;
• Current Status of Stays of District Court Actions Pending Related ITC Proceedings;
• Limitations on Instituting AIA Proceedings Based on Other Proceedings or Actions;
• Estoppel Effects of AIA Proceedings on ITC/District Court Actions;
• Effects of ITC Decisions on District Court Proceedings; and
• Management of Discovery Obtained in One or More Actions.
