Gandoak is a member of the Corporate, Finance and Investments practice in Singapore and regularly represents multinational corporations, sovereign wealth funds, private equity sponsors and venture capital firms in a range of corporate transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, minority and control investments, joint ventures, secondary transactions, exits, restructurings and capital markets offerings.
Kataria is a mergers & acquisitions and private equity corporate partner in the firm’s London and New York offices. He has extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, securities offerings, as well as a broad range of cross-border transactional and corporate advisory matters.
Patel focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic corporate transactions in the firm’s Atlanta office. He is co-chair of the firm’s global private equity and M&A practice and has served two terms on the firm’s policy committee.
