We will provide an assessment of where we currently stand in terms of health care regulatory and legislative policy, as well as an outline of the issues the 45th President and the 115th Congress will need to address. We will examine:
- The Affordable Care Act
- Drug Pricing
- Medicare and Medicaid, including implementation of the 2015 Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA)
- Innovation and research funding
