backKing & Spalding advised certain funds managed by Highbridge Capital Management, LLC in closing a $25,000,000 senior secured exchangeable term loan with Gamida Cell, Inc. as borrower, Gamida Cell Ltd., as guarantor, and Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent. This investment follows a $75,000,000 exchangeable bond investment that Highbridge previously provided to Gamida Cell.
