Hanna Azkiya to Speak at Event Hosted by the ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum

Singapore Trial and Global Disputes associate, Hanna Azkiya, has been invited to speak at an in-person event hosted by the ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (ICC YAAF), together with ICC Indonesia, in Jakarta, Indonesia, on July 4, 2023. Hanna will speak in a panel session on “Managing Projects and Energy Disputes”, which will discuss the proper preparation and management of disputes (e.g., managing the project pending the dispute resolution, engaging lawyers, technical experts, and quantum experts) and will cover dispute avoidance as well as dispute resolution through arbitration and ADR (e.g., mediation, expert determination).
