Eva Temkin to Speak at Practicing Law Institute

Washington, D.C. FDA and Life Sciences partner Eva Temkin will speak at Practicing Law Institute (PLI) Hot Topics in Health Care Law conference in New York on Dec. 7. This will cover “AHM v. FDA: The Litigation and its Ripple Effects Across the Health Care and Life Sciences Sectors.”

This session will explore the impact of judicial review of FDA’s approval of mifepristone, a drug used for medication abortion and miscarriage management. After completing this session, participants will have a greater understanding of:
