Dr. Rüdiger Morbach to speak at workshop on “Improving access to justice and protecting vulnerable groups”

Frankfurt International Arbitration Associate Dr. Rüdiger Morbach will be a featured speaker at a workshop on “Improving access to justice and protecting vulnerable groups” (Amélioration de l'accès à la justice et protection des groupes vulnérables) of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation e.V. (IRZ) and the Université Tunis El Manar on 7 and 8 November 2024 in Tunis, Tunisia. Rüdiger will give two presentations in French on “The German Experience with Arbitration” and “Judicial Review of International Arbitration”. The IRZ was established at the initiative of the German Federal Ministry of Justice (BMJ). It presently supports around 20 states in their legal and judicial reform projects.
