Dr. Rüdiger Morbach to Speak at the Young EFILA event “The Intersection of Geopolitics and Investment Treaty Arbitration”

Frankfurt International Arbitration associate Dr. Rüdiger Morbach will be a featured speaker at the Young EFILA event “The Intersection of Geopolitics and Investment Treaty Arbitration” at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft on April 24 in Frankfurt, Germany. Rüdiger will address the topic of human rights in ISDS in the panel discussion. Young EFILA is a network that promotes the sharing of knowledge of all aspects of international investment law (including arbitration) at the European level amongst younger members of the arbitration community.
