backNEW YORK, Oct. 20, 2022 — The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) has named King & Spalding senior associate Sarah Primrose to its 2022 “40 Under 40” list. The list recognizes future leaders in the insolvency profession who are committed to the highest standards of achievement at work and in their communities. She is the first woman at the firm to earn this recognition by the organization.
Primrose represents debtors, lenders, investors, and creditors in a broad range of restructuring matters, including Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, and bankruptcy-related acquisitions. In addition, she represents litigants in contested matters, adversary proceedings, federal court appeals, and other bankruptcy and insolvency litigation.
ABI will recognize Primrose and the other honorees at the organization’s 2022 Winter Leadership Conference in December.
