American Bankruptcy Institute Names Michael Handler to its “40 Under 40” Emerging Leaders in Insolvency List

The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) has named King & Spalding partner Michael Handler to its 2024 “40 Under 40” list. The list recognizes the top future leaders in the insolvency profession who are committed to the highest standards of achievement at work and in their communities.

Handler’s practice focuses on representing lenders and bondholders across the capital structure and companies in all aspects of workout, restructuring, special situation financing matters and distressed M&A transactions. He also has significant experience in connection with investment manager and broker-dealer liquidations and wind-downs.

ABI will recognize Handler and the other honorees at the organization’s 2024 Winter Leadership Conference in December.
