Washington, D.C. International Trade partners Alexis Early, J. Philip Ludvigson, Michael Taylor, and Patrick Togni will speak at a Continuing Legal Education seminar titled “Key International Trade Topics for North Carolina Lawyers and Their Clients (2022 International Practice Section Program)” on Sept. 29. The program is being hosted by the International Practice Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. The sessions will educate participants on international trade topics that impact North Carolina lawyers and their clients, including the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), the U.S.-China trade war, and enforcement and regulatory trends relating to forced labor issues.
