PCAOB Appoints James Cappoli as PCAOB General Counsel

On January 11, 2024, the PCAOB named James Cappoli as General Counsel. Cappoli joined the PCAOB in September 2022 and served as Acting General Counsel since July 2023. Cappoli was previously with the Office of the General Counsel at the SEC and the Securities Division for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
