Katie is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm's Trial and Global Disputes practice.  Her practice focuses on representing clients in complex, high-stakes mass tort, and nationwide product liability litigations.  She has experience in large-scale, multi-district litigations and class actions. 

Katie represents industry-leading clients in cases with significant financial or reputational harm at stake through all stages of litigation.  Katie's practice focuses on defending pharmaceutical and automotive companies in large-scale, mass-tort litigation.  She also has experience defending clients in varied industries and handling many aspects of high-stakes products liability litigation, from early case assessment, through discovery, and on to trial or other exit strategies. Katie has served on teams as national coordinating counsel in multiple federal MDLs and state-court consolidated litigation. In addition to her litigation experience, Katie also has experience conducting internal investigations, evaluating regulatory compliance, and implementing prospective risk-management programs.
