Lara Eilhardt is an associate in King & Spalding’s Washington, D.C., office and a member of the firm’s FDA & Life Sciences Practice Group. Since joining the firm in September 2008, she has assisted on a variety of regulatory compliance issues for manufacturers of drugs and medical devices.

Ms. Eilhardt graduated from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2007. As a law student, Ms. Eilhardt interned with the Boalt Hall Death Penalty Clinic where she helped represent an Alabama death row inmate in his state habeas appeal. She also worked for the East Bay Community Law Center’s HIV Immigration unit and served on the Law Center’s Board of Directors.

From 2007 to 2008, Ms. Eilhardt clerked for the Honorable David Mannheimer on the Alaska Court of Appeals.
