Jeanna Murphy is a member of the Environmental, Health and Safety Practice Group in King & Spalding's Washington, D.C. office. She is experienced in environmental litigation and compliance counseling, working in a broad range of areas including mobile sources, climate change, environmental justice and emerging contaminants.

Jeanna has experience defending clients in governmental investigations and enforcement actions. She is part of a team serving national and multinational corporations in the engine manufacturing sector. She regularly works with experts on environmental matters before the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and California Air Resources Board. 

Jeanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from the University of Georgia in Environmental Economics and Management and a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. While in law school, she worked at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 4 and was President of the Environmental Law Society. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Jeanna clerked in the Augusta Judicial Circuit.
